Collaboration, the idea of working with others as in "this study is the collaborative effort of Professors so and so, et al. All too often, in business, these ideas are mutually exclusive. There always seems to be an ulterior motive, perhaps mistrust, lurking about.
Engagement, a one way sort of thing, is giving way to collaboration. Collaboration, by it's very definition, requires teamwork. Unconditional Collaboration means not only do you drink the Kool Aid but you help formulate it too.
